You agree to pay all charges in accordance with your invoice or booking confirmation.

Additional services or changes beyond the original scope may result in extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking or receiving Services, including relevant health or medical details.

You agree to arrive on time and follow any instructions provided.

Missed or late appointments may incur fees based on our cancellation/no-show policy.

4. Ownership & Access

After full payment, you will receive access to any applicable deliverables or services.

We retain ownership of proprietary methods, systems, and tools used in delivering the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

You affirm that any materials you provide (health history, documents, etc.) are owned by you or you are authorized to provide them.

We are not responsible for claims arising from your use of provided materials.

All rights to the final service outcome transfer to you upon full payment, excluding any proprietary systems we retain.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

7. SMS/Text Message, Call, and Email Consent

By providing your phone number or email through any form on our Website, you expressly consent to receive:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in Oakland County, Michigan.

We may assign, delegate, or subcontract our rights or obligations under this Agreement when necessary to provide the Services.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement, together with your booking confirmation or invoice, constitutes the entire understanding between you and us.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
